Privacy and data requests
Data access, correction, export or deletion requests are handled at the same address and answered without undue delay.
Response time
Messages are usually answered within two working days, Monday to Friday, Central European Time.
Billing
Subscriptions and invoices are managed by Shopify Billing in your Shopify admin; billing questions can still be raised by email.
