Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of saint. as a Shopify application, including the private beta, trials, subscriptions, acceptable use and liability.

Last updated: · Effective from 13 August 2026

saint. is currently in private beta. This document describes how the service actually operates today and is published as pre-launch information. It will be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before commercial launch; it is not certified legal advice.

Provider

The service is provided by Andrea Ricci, Bari, Italy, contactable at ricciandrea2004@gmail.com. No company, registration number or VAT number is claimed at this stage.

Private beta

saint. is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed at production service levels during this phase.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are Essential at €59/month up to 250 SKU, Growth at €99/month up to 1,000 SKU and Scale at €149/month up to 5,000 SKU, each starting with a 14-day free trial. Charges are made exclusively through Shopify Billing on your Shopify invoice; saint. never collects card details.

Merchant responsibility

saint. produces calculations, policy checks and recommendations. Final responsibility for published prices, tax treatment, currency handling and compliance with consumer and pricing law remains with the merchant. Approvals and autopilot limits are configured by the merchant.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach access controls, disrupt the service, resell access without agreement, or use the app to publish prices that breach applicable law or Shopify's terms.

Availability and support

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available; maintenance windows and interruptions may occur. Support is provided by email, usually within two working days.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the event, and does not cover indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit from pricing decisions the merchant approved.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time; access ends and the subscription stops according to Shopify Billing rules. Store data is deleted after uninstallation as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, with the courts of the provider's place of residence competent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
